Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g yogurt, strawberry or raspberry flavor
- 2 eggs
- Butter and flour for the mold
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 75 ml sunflower oil
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 chocolate bars (Yogurette)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
without butter
Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a 30 cm cake pan with butter and dust with a little flour. First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and yogurt until frothy. Add the oil to the egg yolk mixture, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Cut the Yogurette into small pieces and add. Carefully fold in the egg whites, without stirring. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
