Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup flour (use cup for additional measure)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup nuts, ground
- 1 cup of cocoa, not baking cocoa
- ½ cup oil, neutral
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles, can also be done without
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some butter or margarine and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Fast, easy
To measure, use a container with a capacity of approximately 200 ml, such as an empty sour cream container. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Grease and flour a baking pan, such as a loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and pour into the baking pan. Bake on the lowest rack for approximately 60-70 minutes; do a skewer test occasionally, as every oven is different. This recipe also works as a pie crust.
