Chocolate-nut yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 40 g nut butter (hazelnut butter)
  • 25 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp, levelled powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a suitable microwave container at 450 watts for about 1 minute. Stir in the hazelnut butter and both sugars. Mix the chocolate mixture with the yogurt and serve immediately.
