Fig muesli cups

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g oat flakes
  • 150 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 1 tbsp cranberries, dried
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or some vanilla pulp
  • 3 figs, fresh
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the topping, slice the figs and blend them in a blender with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Add the chia seeds, stir well, and set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl or glass and mix well. Garnish the muesli with the fig topping. For a creamy overnight version, follow the directions below. Let the muesli rest in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day.
