Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 125 g brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 350 g chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions

makes about 20 cookies
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add the egg, oats, milk, and vanilla sugar one at a time, stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and stir into the batter. Fold in the chocolate pieces. Place teaspoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until the cookies are risen and firm. Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
