Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the butter, sugar, flour, egg, and baking powder into a dough and line the bottom of a springform pan. Cook the vanilla pudding with the milk. Stir the sour cream into the hot pudding and then fold in the drained mandarins. Spread the pudding over the dough. Bake for approximately 65 minutes at 175°C.
