Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 125 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 75 g chocolate, chopped
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 100 g oat flakes
- n. B. Wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for about 40 pieces, simple but delicious, well suited for protein utilization
Beat egg whites and sugar; it doesn’t need to be stiff! Add the cocoa, chocolate, almonds, and oats and mix briefly. Place about 40 wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, more if needed, and drop small mounds of the mixture onto them using a teaspoon. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
