Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml oil
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1 orange(s), untreated, grated peel
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, (baking cocoa)
- 1 tbsp rum
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grease the Bundt pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and set aside. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until frothy. Slowly and carefully stir in the oil and orange juice, then add the orange zest. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over the mixture, and stir in. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the Bundt pan. Mix the remaining batter with the cocoa and rum and pour onto the light-colored batter. Use a fork to create a spiral pattern in the batter. Bake at 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for about 1 hour (use a skewer to test for doneness).
