Sweet pancake rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 small apples
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raspberries for garnishing
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with quark and apples

Combine flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook four pancakes from the batter. Let cool slightly. For the filling, finely grate the apples. Mix the quark, cream cheese, vanilla sugar, and grated apples until smooth. Spread the mixture over the pancakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Then roll up, cut into swirls, and garnish with raspberries.
