Chocolate Orange Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 orange(s), juice and grated peel
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped
  • 70 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • Soy milk (soy drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Stir in orange juice, orange zest, chocolate, sunflower oil, and enough soy milk to form a firm batter. Divide into muffin cups. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
