quick and delicious

Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare the baking pan. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Stir in the oil and milk. Add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake at 180°C (conventional heat, not suitable for fan-assisted oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Do the skewer test! Drain the pears and collect the juice. Place a cake ring around the cake and arrange the pears on the base. Prepare the cake glaze with 500 ml pear juice according to the package instructions. Pour over the pears and let it set. It must be completely cold! Whip the cream with the cocoa powder until stiff, then spoon it over the pears. Decorate with chocolate shavings or whipped cream. I only add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of real cocoa to the cream, which makes the color more intense and the cream not too sweet!
