Chocolate – Pudding – Cherries – Cake
The perfect chocolate – pudding – cherries – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ground :
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 6 Eßl Warm water
- 200 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 Tl Cocoa powder
Pudding mass:
- 800 ml Milk
- 6 leaf Gelatin
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Sugar
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
Cherry topping
- 2 Glasses Cherries
- 500 ml Cherry juice
- 2 packet Red cake topping
- 70 g Sugar
- Beat eggs, sugar and water for 10 minutes until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, fold in. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes
- Take the base out of the oven and let it cool down. Mix 200 ml milk with 75 g sugar and the vanilla pudding powder until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and let it boil briefly, remove from the stove. Soak the gelatine in cold water and stir it into the still warm pudding. Let the pudding cool down, stirring occasionally.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the cooled pudding with the chocolate sprinkles. Smooth on the floor.
- Drain the cherries, collecting the juice. Spread the cherries on the pudding mixture. Use the cherry juice, the cake icing powder and 70 g sugar to prepare a cake icing according to the instructions on the package. Spread on the cherries, let cool.
