Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g dark chocolate, 50% cocoa
  • 500 ml milk
  • 35 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the chocolate pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 5. Add the milk and cornstarch and cook for 15 minutes at 100°C on speed 2. Then stir for 30 minutes on speed 2 until the pudding has cooled slightly. Pour into glasses, let it cool in the refrigerator, and serve. Tip: This pudding also tastes delicious with nut chocolate.
