Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g chocolate
  • 500 g milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 20 g sugar
  • 20 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds/speed 8. Attach the whisk attachment. Add the remaining ingredients and heat for 6.5 minutes/100°C/speed 2-3. Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool. Variation: This also works with white chocolate.
