Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g cornstarch
- 1 half vanilla pod(s)

World’s best vanilla pudding
Place all ingredients, except the vanilla pod, into the mixing bowl. Scrape out the vanilla pod, add the seeds and scraped pod, and cook for 7 minutes/90°C/reverse/speed 3. Remove the vanilla pod and transfer the pudding to a bowl. Variation: Beat the egg whites in a clean mixing bowl (with the whisk attachment) for 2-2 1/2 minutes/speed 4 until stiff peaks form and fold into the pudding.
