Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 packs of chocolate pudding powder
- 4 tbsp sugar for the pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 cups of sour cream, 200 g each
- 60 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the margarine, sugar, and five eggs until frothy. Then combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder) and sift into the egg-margarine-sugar mixture. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet, preferably lined with a square baking frame, and smooth it out. Then bake for about 10-15 minutes. Cook the chocolate pudding according to the instructions, let it cool, then stir in the sour cream and 60g of sugar, depending on how sweet you like it. Spread the pudding cream onto the pre-baked base and bake again at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
