Chocolate pudding with a twist

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate pudding)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g raisins
  • 50 g chocolate, bitter
  • ½ liter of milk
  • Chocolate shavings, white for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder and stir in 6 tablespoons of milk. Bring the milk to a boil, while stirring in the raisins and coarsely chopped chocolate. Once the milk boils, stir in the pudding powder and bring the pudding to a boil. Pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with the white chocolate.
