Vegetable parcels for the grill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • herb butter
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the zucchini, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil and the Italian herbs. Form the aluminum foil into fist-sized aluminum dishes. It’s important that they have a tight seal at the bottom so the juices don’t drip into the grill. Then pour the vegetable and cheese mixture into the four dishes and top each with a slice of herb butter about 0.5 cm thick. Place on the grill for about 15 minutes.
