Chocolate pudding with cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 450 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

According to the instructions, mix the pudding mix with a little cold milk and the sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and stir in the mixed mix. Bring to a boil. Let the pudding cool; in the meantime, whip the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. Fold into the pudding. If you like, you can also fold in some chocolate shavings. Serve in a bowl or in small dishes. Garnish as desired.
