Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 450 ml milk
- 35 g cornstarch
- 10 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp, levelled coffee powder (espresso powder)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g sugar
- 20 ml Amaretto
- 50 ml water
- n. B. biscuit(s), (Amarettini)
- Almond(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without pudding powder
Heat the milk. Melt the dark chocolate in it. Bring to a boil. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir into the chocolate milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring vigorously. Pour into bowls and decorate as desired (e.g., with amaretti biscuits, chopped or sliced almonds).
