  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 450 ml milk
  • 35 g cornstarch
  • 10 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp, levelled coffee powder (espresso powder)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 ml Amaretto
  • 50 ml water
  • n. B. biscuit(s), (Amarettini)
  • Almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Heat the milk. Melt the dark chocolate in it. Bring to a boil. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir into the chocolate milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring vigorously. Pour into bowls and decorate as desired (e.g., with amaretti biscuits, chopped or sliced ​​almonds).
