Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g milk
- 500 ml low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g sugar or equivalent amount of sweetener
- 8 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 1 tsp, heaped instant coffee powder
- 4 sheets of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes
Low-calorie dessert based on low-fat quark
Soak the gelatin. Heat some of the milk and dissolve the gelatin in it. Then add the cocoa and instant coffee and stir with a hand blender. Mix with sugar (sweetener) and add everything to the quark. Add the remaining milk. Pour everything into small jars and let it thicken in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
