Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 175 g flour
  • 75 g ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 8 minutes

For the dough, first cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add the flour and cornstarch and mix in. Finally, add the almonds, 1 tablespoon of rum, and cocoa powder and mix into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Then shape into small (half) balls and bake at approximately 180°C for about 8-10 minutes. Once the balls have cooled, make a glaze from powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of rum, spread it over the cookies, and let it dry.
