Chocolate Rum Balls

The perfect chocolate rum balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Bitter chocolate
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp Rum
  • 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
  1. Let the chocolate melt in a water bath. Stir in butter, cream, sugar, rum and cocoa one after the other and then let the mixture cool down. The cooler the mass, the cleaner it can be processed.
  2. Shape balls and roll them in decoration (cocoa, nuts, sugar pearls, coconut …). Put in paper bowls and chill
