Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 50 g butter
  • 150 g almond(s), coarsely chopped
  • 12 pieces of biscuit(s), (butter biscuits), crumbled
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto or rum
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Chop the chocolate and melt it slowly with the butter in a bain-marie. Add the almonds, biscuit crumbs, amaretto, raisins, cinnamon, and clove powder and mix well. Let the mixture cool briefly in the refrigerator until it is malleable. Form a log about 20 cm long and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours to set. Finally, roll in powdered sugar and store in a cool place. Once completely cooled, wrap the chocolate salami in parchment paper and tie both ends with string.
