Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 160 g semolina
- 3 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 3 tbsp, levelled vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g chocolate coating (milk chocolate coating), chopped
- 75 g chocolate coating (dark chocolate coating), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the egg. Whisk the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Bring the milk to a boil with the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar, remove from the heat, and whisk in the semolina. Let it swell for a short while, then stir in the egg yolk and fold in the beaten egg whites. Finally, stir in the chopped chocolate until completely melted. Pour into a bowl or dessert glass and serve cold.
