Chocolate spice liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tsp, mixed speculoos spice
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g nut nougat, firm to slice
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml grain (wheat grain)
  • 75 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Advent liqueur, Christmas liqueur (500 ml liqueur)

Heat the cream, spices, and powdered sugar in a saucepan while stirring. Finely dice the nougat and chocolate. Add the nougat, chocolate, and salt to the cream in the saucepan and continue heating, stirring, until the chocolate and nougat are melted. Remove the pan from the heat and thoroughly stir the schnapps and liqueur into the chocolate-nougat mixture. Pour into prepared bottles. Store the liqueur in a cool place.
