Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 30 g butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp brandy, to taste

I didn’t have any Nutella at home, so I decided to experiment. Heat the cream, melt the butter, and melt the chocolate crumbs in it. Season with honey and vanilla sugar. Add 2 teaspoons of brandy, if desired. Let it cool in the refrigerator. It spreads well. I’ll try this with other types of chocolate.
