Cheat cake – when you need it quickly

Prepare the cake mix with margarine, eggs, and milk according to the package instructions and pour the batter into a springform pan. Bake according to the package instructions. You may need to reduce the baking time slightly; the toothpick test is recommended. If you like, you can also make a chocolate cake according to your own recipe. After baking, turn the cake out onto a wire rack lined with baking paper and let it cool. In the meantime, prepare the paradise cream with the cream and almond liqueur according to the package instructions and refrigerate. Turn the cake over and cut into a heart shape, either freehand or using a prepared stencil. Crumble some of the cake scraps and dry in the oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes. Cut the cake heart horizontally into two layers. Mix 3 tablespoons of the cake crumbs into the stracciatella cream. Then spread half of the cream on the bottom layer, place the top layer on top, and press down lightly. Spread the remaining cream on the top layer and sprinkle with the cake crumbs. Drizzle liquid chocolate glaze over the cake and then refrigerate until ready to serve. This cake is perfect for beginners; nothing can go wrong. Of course, the cake can also be made with any other cream; caramel cream is also delicious.
