Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, finely grated
  • ½ liter milk, possibly more as desired
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp brandy
  • Cream, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

hot chocolate with that certain something

Divide the finely grated chocolate among 4 cups. Heat the milk, powdered sugar, and brandy in the microwave for about 1.5-2 minutes. Pour into the cups over the chocolate and decorate with whipped cream.
