Fitness booster for the cold season
Place lemon, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar (sweeten to taste) in a suitable container and pour over freshly boiled water. Let it steep for about 15 to 20 minutes, then remove the lemon slices, ginger, and cinnamon stick to prevent the drink from becoming too bitter. It’s a great warming drink in cold weather and a great treat for colds and sore throats.
