Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 cup of yoghurt, milder, approx. 150 g
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the banana, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork. Once it has formed a puree, add the yogurt. Then add the cocoa and chia seeds and stir well. Add more cocoa if desired or use other fruits, such as strawberries.
