Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 250 g nougat
  • 75 g pistachios (ground)
  • 250 g cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the marzipan with the pistachios and form a 2 cm thick roll. Then cut this into several 1 cm thick slices. Press a hollow into the center of the small slices. Then divide the nougat into equal portions and form them into small balls. Place the nougat balls into the marzipan hollows (2 marzipan halves and 1 nougat ball each) and cover them with another marzipan half. Press the edges firmly and form another ball. Refrigerate the marzipan for about 4 hours. Now warm the cake glaze and dip the balls in it. TIP: If you don’t want chocolate hands, skewer the balls with wooden sticks.
