Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 600 g Beef tartare
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 8 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Coriander
  • Chilli powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  • Wash the limes with hot water, dry them and squeeze them out. Peel the onion and garlic and dice them very finely.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the mince in it for about 10 minutes until it is crumbly brown. After about 5 minutes, add the onion and garlic and let both roast briefly. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
  • In the meantime, you either pour off the mung bean sprouts (if you get them in the glass) or you dispose of the mung bean sprouts individually (if you have decided on the fresh product), wash them and let them drain well. Then lift them under the mince and let them fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Now pour in the lime juice and soy sauce and let everything boil.
  • To round off the dish, mix the coriander, the chilli powder and the Tabasco according to your taste and add it as a marinade to the chopping pan.
