Mung Bean Sprout Salad
The perfect mung bean sprout salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Bean sprouts (here: Fresh from the Asian!)
- 0,5 Red peppers approx. 100 g
- 50 g Radish
- 50 g Spring onions
- 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar or liquid honey
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain well. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash, halve and cut the radishes into thin slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Mix light rice vinegar (2 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), light soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp) and sesame oil (1 tbsp) into a vinaigrette, drizzle over the salad and mix well. The salad is a nice side dish for many dishes and it just tastes like that!
