Spinach Leaves with Fresh Mung Bean Sprouts

The perfect spinach leaves with fresh mung bean sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 200 g freshness Mung bean sprouts
  • 2 Solo garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 good pinches Red chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Thaw the spinach and drain the liquid. Put the sprouts in a sieve and rinse with cold water, then drain well. Peel the garlic and cut into fine sticks.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic sticks in it until they start to brown. Now add the sprouts and toss until they are heated. Fold in the drained spinach with the soy sauce and chilli flakes and heat everything while turning. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and serve.
  3. I served a small beef mince steak with potatoes with it.
