Onion cubes and garlic, as well as the mustard … Fry for 10 minutes until the mince gets some color.   3. Top up with water or broth … season again with salt and pepper. If you like it spicy, you can also take chilli. Simmer for 10 minutes and stir in the sliced ​​spring onions before serving.
