Chops with oranges

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chops
  • 3 oranges
  • some tomato paste
  • some white wine
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • some paprika
  • some parsley
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rub the chops with salt, pepper, and paprika (preferably sweet) and sear until crisp, then keep warm in the oven. Meanwhile, deglaze the pan with white wine and orange juice. Add the tomato paste and simmer. Thicken with crème fraîche. Add the chops back in and turn several times. Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle over the top. I recommend serving with fresh baguette.
