Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves (you can use more if you like)
  • some anchovy paste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

simple herb butter for grilling, steaks, etc.

Place the softened butter in a large bowl. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the butter, then mince the garlic. Season generously with anchovy paste, salt, and pepper. Stir with a fork until all ingredients are well blended. Season to taste and let stand for a while. Then season again. Delicious with grilled steaks, fondue, or on bread. It can also be frozen. For example, pre-portion it in an ice cube tray, or roll it up using aluminum foil or cling film.
