Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200g Cheddar
  • 200 g Edam cheese
  • 100g chorizo
  • 100 g panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp potato starch
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • frying oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A crispy snack.

1. Grate the cheese, remove the skin from the chorizo, and finely chop. Place both in a bowl and knead together with the spices and eggs, then form into balls. 2. Roll the balls in panko and deep-fry in oil at 170-180°C. 3. Serve the cheese balls as desired.
