Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200g chorizo
- 200 ml red wine
- 3 bay leaves

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Skin the chorizo and cut into finger-thick slices. Bring the red wine and bay leaves to a boil in a small pan, add the sausage slices, and cook for about 15 minutes. The fat will release from the sausage, and the red wine should simmer slightly until the liquid becomes slightly thick. Serve hot. The chorizo can be prepared in advance and heated briefly before serving.
