Chorizo ​​pizza with arugula

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough with sauce (refrigerated section)
  • 300g chorizo
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 5 m.-large mushrooms
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • ½ bag of pizza cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Spread the pizza base loosely on the baking sheet – do not press it down! Spread the tomato sauce (included in the pizza base package) on top and season with the pizza seasoning. Slice the chorizo, onions, and mushrooms and spread them over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the pizza cheese over the top. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven) and bake the pizza on the middle rack for about 17 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the pizza with arugula.
