Paprika sausage in apple sparkling wine

Cut the chorizo into pieces about 2 to 3 cm long. Then fry them lightly on all sides in a pan with a little olive oil (do not let them brown). Heat the cider in a saucepan, add the chorizo, chili pepper, and garlic clove, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve as a tapa or appetizer. Best served hot in small earthenware bowls with some baguette. Do not add the chili pepper and garlic clove. If you have an earthenware pot (and a stovetop that allows you to use it), fry the chorizo pieces directly in the olive oil and then add the cider.
