Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 sausages (chorizo)
- 0.3 liters of cider (Sidra), Spanish sparkling apple wine
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Paprika sausage in apple sparkling wine
Cut the chorizo into pieces about 2 to 3 cm long. Then fry them lightly on all sides in a pan with a little olive oil (do not let them brown). Heat the cider in a saucepan, add the chorizo, chili pepper, and garlic clove, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve as a tapa or appetizer. Best served hot in small earthenware bowls with some baguette. Do not add the chili pepper and garlic clove. If you have an earthenware pot (and a stovetop that allows you to use it), fry the chorizo pieces directly in the olive oil and then add the cider.
