Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g nuts of your choice
- 60 g raw cane sugar, brown
- ½ tsp salt

with only a little sugar and no water
Briefly roast the nuts in a non-stick pan or pot until they begin to smell. Then quickly stir in the sugar and salt and continue stirring until the sugar melts and caramelizes. Caramelization happens very quickly, so be careful not to burn the nuts. Immediately spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them cool.
