  • 15 g cornflakes, whole grain (fiber flakes)
  • 15 g muesli with dried fruit
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g natural yogurt (0.1-1% fat)
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the apple and cut it in half. Then remove the core and cut the apple halves into small pieces. Combine the cornflakes, oatmeal, yogurt, and milk in a bowl and mix well. Healthy and vitamin-packed—a great start to the day!
