Place all ingredients for the gyro seasoning in a large freezer bag, seal it, and mix thoroughly. Peel the onion and garlic. Halve the onion and slice into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic. Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and slice into thin strips. Place them in the freezer bag with the seasoning, along with 2 teaspoons of oil, the onion rings, and the chopped garlic. Mix everything together and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Then, heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a large pan and brown the meat on all sides. Finally, season with salt.
