Christmas Apple and Pear Strudel – VEGAN
The perfect christmas apple and pear strudel – vegan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Filling for strudel
- 4 Pc. Apples (boskop – sour)
- 2 Pc. Pears (sweet)
- 250 g Gingerbread – vegan
- 150 g Yogurt – vegan unsweetened
- 50 g Butter – gone – melted

- 1 packet Strudel sheets – vegan
- Peel the apples and pears and cut into cubes. Chop or grate the gingerbread cookies. Everything together with the yogurt and ga. Mix 25 g of the melted, gutted butter.
- Lay out the strudel sheets in 3 portions and place with 1/3 of the mixture each and roll up (ideally in a tea towel). Then brush with the rest of the melted butter and place on a tray. Bake according to the instructions in the oven (190 ° C – 30min fan oven) until golden brown.
