Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • Sugar
  • 2 hazelnuts
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

delicious yogurt dessert for Christmas

Whisk the yogurt until creamy, add the lemon juice, and mix. Chop the apples (into eighths or smaller) and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour the yogurt into dessert glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (as much as you like). Divide the apples between the glasses. Place a hazelnut in the center of each bowl for decoration. It’s best to refrigerate everything for about 20 minutes (they taste better when colder).
