Ingredients
- 1 packet Puff pastry
- 1 Red peppers
- 3 slices Cooked ham
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 100 g Ricotta
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° c
- Line the tray with baking paper.
- Remove green peppers, wash and cut into cubes
- Cut the ham into cubes. Now sauté the ham & paprika in hot oil.
- Mix the ricotta, cheese & parsley, then mix in the something that has cooled down from the pan.
- Roll out the puff pastry and brush with the cream, leaving one edge so that the roll can be closed properly at the end.
- Roll up the dough and cut off approx. 2.5 cm wide strips.
- Place the snails on the tray. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
