Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Puff pastry
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 3 slices Cooked ham
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° c
  • Line the tray with baking paper.
  • Remove green peppers, wash and cut into cubes
  • Cut the ham into cubes. Now sauté the ham & paprika in hot oil.
  • Mix the ricotta, cheese & parsley, then mix in the something that has cooled down from the pan.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and brush with the cream, leaving one edge so that the roll can be closed properly at the end.
  • Roll up the dough and cut off approx. 2.5 cm wide strips.
  • Place the snails on the tray. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
