The perfect christmas cookies: oatmeal caramel cookies approx. 45 pieces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For brittle:
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 60 g Coarse oatmeal
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 1 pinch Bio lemon zest
- 1 pinch Orange zest
- 2 tablespoon Raisins

Brittle:
