Christmas Cookies with Brittle

- 100 g Melted and cooled butter
- 65 g Raw cane sugar
- 100 g Hazelnut brittle
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 200 g Spelled flour type 630
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the sugar, egg, egg yolk, salt and melted butter until frothy. Briefly knead in the flour and brittle.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface a little less than 1 cm thick and cut out any shapes. Bake on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 10 – 12 minutes. Then let it cool down and dust with powdered sugar.
